In the unlikely event your handbag needs repair (e.g., a lock or handle breaks or something requires restitching) within 3 months from the date of receipt, we’ll provide free repair service.
This service does not include shipping costs unless the issue is due to a product defect or our error, in which case we will gladly cover return shipping.
Outside of the 3-month warranty window, customers will be responsible for both the repair costs and shipping fees.

Handbags are not intended to carry heavy equipment such as laptops or other bulky tech. Damage resulting from such use is not covered under this warranty.

We are not liable for rough handling, including abrasions or scuffing caused by frequent rubbing against walls, floors, or hard surfaces.

Softening of the handbag’s shape over time is expected with regular use and is not considered a defect.

On croc-embossed leather, any variation in color across the high and low parts of the scales is part of the natural dyeing process and does not indicate fading or a flaw. This is a characteristic of dyeing a replica of reptile skin and adds to its unique appeal.
